Step 1: Contact Charlotte via Etsy Convo to start the custom process.
Step 2: If we feel that your custom request is something we can accommodate, Charlotte will direct you to purchase the "base" listing that you are interested in, plus one of the add-on amounts.
Step 3: You will put both things in your cart together and purchase.
Step 4: We will gather your requested items together and send a photo for approval before we start. Once you approve, we will get started.
Step 5: We will send a photo for approval before we ship.
